Fast paced, progressive environment, lead, line, and prep cooks needed. Focus on grill/flattop, veggie and meat prep, and kitchen cleanliness. Fun job and a great work environment, but also very demanding. Lakeside bar and grill, work with a view! Must be quick on their feet, able to handle large quantities of orders, and adhere to strict cleanliness policies.
The person who will succeed in filling this position will be able to kid like Kate McKinnon, crack jokes like Will Farrell, have reflexes like a frog, and the ability to write down orders correctly while putting on a show at the same time. Must bring a winning mentality and wear your multi task t-shirt everyday! Bring personality and speed to this job and it's yours! Job tasks include bartending, serving, changing of kegs, hype person, friend to customers, and last but not least the face of the Buoy Bar and Grill!
This position involves many different key tasks in allowing the Buoy Bar and Grill to stay afloat. Front and back of the house work environment. Direct contact with customers, food server, food builder, etc. Job tasks include: taking orders, writing tickets, running till, building sandwiches, packaging orders, and most importantly customer service. No pervious kitchen experience needed. This is a great first time position for a fun summertime job.
Fast paced, high volume, counter service... if those words describe your past experience then you are perfect for this job. Previous management experience a must as well as knowledge in all aspects of restaurant operations. Experience with seasonal restaurants valuable but not necessary.
