If you are booking a boat rental on Lake Coeur d'Alene, we meet you at The Buoy Bar & Grill (which is the building at the public boat launch ramp at the end of the pier).
Go to the McEuen Public Parking lot for parking needs. Go to CallToPark.com for an easy way to pay for your parking without having to stand in line at the kiosk.
Do you ever offer discounts or perks?
- Absolutely, we want you to have the best boating experience possible on Lake Coeur d'Alene. If you book on the phone, first time you call, we might have a little perk for you or discount :) Please make sure to mention if you are military, fire, police, medical, or teaching personnel.

What happens after our reservation is made?
Everyone that will be on the boat is required to SIGN THE WAIVER attached to the confirmation email BEFORE ARRIVAL. Please arrive to park at least 30 MINS BEFORE YOUR RENTAL TIME and gather your entire group for the amazing day you are about to have! Please ARRIVE ON THE DOCK 15 MINS BEFORE YOUR RENTAL TIME with your ENTIRE PARTY for instruction on safety and operation. If you are not on time for your instruction you will be bumped to the back of the line and your rental time will start at the designated time. Please do not be late as it will shorten the time you have on the boat. At the end of your rental it is your responsibility to FUEL up your rented vessel, this is a good time to get rid of your trash, and return it in the same condition that you received it in. Please also follow all social distance guidelines, as will our staff, for everyone’s safety.
What does it take to reserve my boat rental dates?
-It's simple, give us a call and we will see if your desired week is available. If it is open, we require payment in full to reserve and hold your boat rental slot.
What's your cancellation policy?
-If you cancel your boat rental 14 days before your booked drop off date, we will refund your payment in the form of store credit for a boat rental in the future. The credit can be redeemed at a later date in the season or within a year, by either booking another boat rental, bike rental, snowmobile, or scooter rental from us.
Do we have the option to add a driver to our boat charter?
-Yes, if you want a driver to cruise you around the lake and make your experience (for a party of 6 or less) that much more enjoyable, we can make it happen. Just call and see what days we have available.
