Fast paced, progressive environment, lead, line, and prep cooks needed. Focus on grill/flattop, veggie and meat prep, and kitchen cleanliness. Fun job and a great work environment, but also very demanding. Lakeside bar and grill, work with a view! Must be quick on their feet, able to handle large quantities of orders, and adhere to strict cleanliness policies.
Cocktail Server 19+
Must bring a winning, high energy mentality everyday! Bring personality and speed to this job and it's yours! Job tasks include, bar-back, cocktail serving, changing of kegs, friend to customers, and selling drinks in the patio. Obviously, there is more responsibilities to this position, but for now you get the point.
Food Runner/Busser: 19+
This position involves many different key tasks in allowing the Buoy Bar and Grill to stay afloat. Touching tables, delivering food, wiping tables and being fast on your feet are just a few things you'll have to feel comfortable with to qualify for this job.
Efficient at multi-tasking and being able to move fast. Will be required to make sure food is presentable before being delivered to customer by food runner. Able to follow temp testing protocol for different meets that go in the fryers. We will accept and train people into this position if you have never had a cooking job. No experience necessary!
Fast paced, high volume, counter service. If those words describe your past experience, then you might be a good fit for this position. Previous management experience is preferred but not 100% necessary to land this job. Experience with seasonal restaurants valuable but not necessary. Good understanding on how to manage the FOH.
